Text Messaging Agreement for ISACARE Laboratory Services
SMS Messaging Agreement
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive automated recurring text messages from ISACARE Laboratory Concierge Services ("ISACARE") to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This service is compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging regulations via Nextiva.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment Reminders: Notifications about upcoming laboratory appointments
- Test Result Notifications: Alerts when your lab results are available
- Service Updates: Important information about your scheduled services
- Lab Hours & Changes: Updates to laboratory operating hours or temporary closures
- Health Tips: Educational content related to laboratory testing and health (if opted-in)
- Administrative Messages: Payment confirmations, appointment changes, or cancellations
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service needs and may include up to 5 messages per week during active service periods. During routine periods, you may receive 1-2 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during urgent health notifications or appointment-related communications.
Charges and Fees
Message and data rates may apply. ISACARE does not charge for text messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan. You are responsible for all charges related to text messages, including overage charges if you exceed your plan limits.
Carrier Compatibility
This service is compatible with most major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your carrier or ISACARE customer service.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by:
- Text STOP: Reply "STOP" to any message to immediately opt out
- Call Us: Contact (305) 555-0123 during business hours
- Email Us: Send your request to info@isacarellc.com
- Visit Our Office: Request opt-out in person during your next visit
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages will be sent to your number.

Consent and Authorization
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to these terms, you certify that:
- You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided
- You have the authority to consent to receive text messages at this number
- You understand that consent is not required to purchase ISACARE services

Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We collect your mobile phone number and message preferences solely for the purpose of providing SMS notifications related to your healthcare services.
Data Use: Your mobile number is used exclusively for appointment reminders, test results, and healthcare service communications. We do not use your number for marketing unrelated products or services.
Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number may be shared with our authorized service providers (including Nextiva for message delivery) solely to provide the SMS services described herein.
Data Retention: We retain your mobile number and messaging preferences for as long as you maintain consent or as required by applicable healthcare regulations. Upon opt-out, your number is removed from our active messaging systems within 10 business days.

Updates to Terms
ISACARE reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or email. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Important Medical Disclaimer
Emergency Services: Do not use text messaging for medical emergencies. For urgent medical needs, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Text messages may not be monitored outside of business hours.
