How to install the printer driver?

I always print out the wrong size. How can I fix it?

Please ensure that the label size you use is the same as the label size you set up on the driver.

What is the name of the printing application?

“steprint”, it is also called “OpenLabel+”. Search “steprint” or “OpenLabel+” APP from Google Play or Apple Store to enjoy wireless bluetooth connection through the app.

Why does the print dialog box sometimes appear in Chinese?

This may be caused by setting up not correctly on Windows/Mac. Try uninstall and reinstall the driver. If it still could not help, please contact After-sales service.

How do I connect a printer using my ipad and iPhone?

Phones and tablets need to use the bluetooth to connect. You need to download the software from the App store or Google Play at first. Please note that the bluetooth connection needs to be made within the software but not directly search and connect.

Where should I find the driver?

For PC users, Open USB flash drive attached→ JK-402A Printer Driver → Drivers and Software → MacOS/Windows.

Mobile phone and tablet users can search and download OpenLabel or stepprint in the app store or scan the QR code on the detail page.

Why can not connect to the printer?

1.Make sure the printer is turned on (Green light is on)

2. Bluetooth can only be used to connect to mobile phones or tablets, and Bluetooth needs to be connected within the software. the computer needs to be connected with a USB cable

Why are the printed labels blurry and express delivery labels unusable?

Choose PDF file formats or change high-resolution files to print.

Besides, you can adjust the print density setting.
